About

Fredericksburg's largest Annual barbeque event, Businets and Childress Agency kick off the 2019 Summer Season on Thursday, June 27th with 500 attendees, 50+ vendors, lots of great food, music & fun at Fredericksburg Fairgrounds.

This tasty event offers Fredericksburg-area Sponsor's clients and Chamber members a joyful experiance from tempting BBQ & Grilled food to non-stop live entertainment. This event is NOT open to the general public. It is BY INVITATION ONLY.

****PRE-REGISTRATION for your free tickets is REQUIRED****

• Live Music by the JD Roberts Band

• Free BBQ

• Local Craft Brews from Adventure Brewing, Red Dragon Brewery, and Highmark Brewery

• 3 hours of networking with colleagues and local businesses, eating delicious BBQ and enjoying beer.

• Bring a stack of business cards and meet new people and prospects!

• Vendor Expo featuring both Chamber members and clients of Businets and Childress Agency. Vendors will be handing out swag, and have the opportunity to provide their own separate raffle prizes (limted number due to time. Must be valued at $50 or more)

• Great raffle prizes provided to guests by our sponsors and vendors throughout the event at the tables

**This is a private event which is limited to our invited guests (if you are reading this, you are one of them!). NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN. Alcohol will be present. Attendees must have valid identification/proof of age to be admitted and consume alcohol. BRING YOUR ID WITH YOU.
